Meet Your Instructor
Andrea Pfefer brings over 30 years of experience in teaching Karate and a deep passion for martial arts to her students. As a seventh-degree black belt, she has an impressive competitive background, having won the international championship six times and earned over 100 first-place trophies throughout her career.
Inspired by her instructor, the late Bob White, Andrea combines strictness with a sense of humor in her teaching approach, creating an engaging and effective learning environment. She is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of martial artists, helping them build confidence, discipline, and a love for the art.
Andrea previously ran her own karate school in Telluride, Colorado, for more than a decade, where she developed lasting relationships with her students. For the past 10 years, she has also taught for the Los Alamitos Education Foundation (LAEF).
With her extensive experience and commitment to student growth, Andrea is excited to continue her journey of teaching and inspiring martial artists in her new permanent location. She looks forward to welcoming students of all ages and backgrounds to join her in this rewarding martial arts experience!
